Cannot uninstall Adobe Bridge CC 2017?

For reasons that I'm sure I'm too dumb to understand, Adobe Bridge (and others) will install perfectly fine when you're disconnected from the Internet but if you try to *uninstall* them, sorry, not connected to the Creative Cloud, can't uninstall.

Has this Creative Cloud thing gone just a wee bit too far now?
