Like #1 very much, the reflection in the water adds another dimension.

For me, #1 wins. I like the colors, the sky and the purity of the reflection. The snow at the bottom of the photo adds some simple, uncluttered frame.

Many thanks to all of you. I like the mist in #2 but perhaps it competes with the colour in the ice.
