That is a long article. Maybe a bit too technical for moi! I got the 85mm 1.2L. I find it a bit slow compared to say the 24-105L but beautiful bokeh at wide appetures. Simply wonderful lens! I think it was the right decision. I am seriously considering the 135mm 2.0L. I hear that is another superb lens.

I don't know anyone who has failed to be impressed with the 135mm 2.0L, the only problem you may encounter is camera shake without the superb IS of the 24-105.
