Has anyone who uses Wacom tried the MS Surface for editing?

I am shopping for an upgrade from a 6 year old MacBookPro. Does anyone have experience with both the Wacom and the Surface pen and tablet for editing photos? How do they compare in sensitivity and in ease of use for selective image processing?

Hi Nancy, here the reviewer uses the devices for drawing however still mostly applicable to image editing.
