Thanks for all the assistance I was able to delete 9.3 and then re installing 9.21 and the problem is solved It is unfortunate that there is not a simple way to communicate to Phaseone about this type of problem Adobe has a simple method of communicating problems
Assuming you bought C1 from a dealer (which is usually less expensive anyway, e.g.
our discount) then you have two great options:
- Support case online with Phase One
- Direct call/email/visit/text to your Phase One dealer
This seems to me to be much better than Adobe's available support options.
