FS: Chamonix 45F1 4x5 Field Camera

Camera is essentially new, less than 40 sheets ran through her.  Purchased directly from Hugo, I am the first owner.  Camera is less than 6 months old.

Bellows are tight, excellent shape.  Universal design allowing use of wide glass.

Price:  900 USD shipped free in CONUS.

Does it have the ground glass protector?
Does it have the bright ground glass (fresnel?)
Does it come with a lens board? If so what hole?
What tripd holes (1or 2) and hat siz, 3/8 or 1/4?
