I liked how the two key processes of visualization and execution were brought togther.  I suspect that there are those for whom a discussion of tools is somewhat antithetical to a discussion of "art".

For me, it's that adrenalin charged moment of being at the right place at the right time (and then not screwing it up) that makes it all worthwhile.
