Nope... Other than the H & C adapters, all others have only mechanical coupling, this of course means that lenses without a mechanical aperture control, can only operate if used at full aperture.

Now that is interesting! Wonder why Leica doesn`t design a Rollei adapter In-house?

I know there is a Rollei 6xxx lens to Contax 645 coming soon... This will work on Leica S too if one uses the Leica C-adapter in series...

I read that there is a Leica-R adapter? Is this true and if so who makes it and how much?

I'll be really happy if the Leica S/Rollei adapter happens. Fingers crossed!

A Rollei lens to Leica adapter is fairly easy to be realised, but it seems that Leica (although the adapter was rumoured) was looking for people to use their MF platforms (with removable MFDB) as a "bridge" between Sinar and Leica... The Rollei lenses use the same interface for aperture and shutter as the Rollei S-shutter system (which is used on view cameras), so it seems that if a Rollei lens adapter was made, it could be harmful for Sinar to sell their own lenses on their view cameras (or on other view cameras) since then one could use the Rollei lenses on Sinar P3 cameras too and still have full interface communication (via a Rollei control-S -in multishot mode too)... With Hasselblad or Contax lenses there is no such danger...

Anyway, as I said before, I'm working on a Rollei lens to Contax 645 adapter and then one will be able to use the Rollei lenses on to Leica S (by adding the Leica-c adapter in series) with full dedication, the adapter will be available in about four months time, but if in the mean time I can have access to the Leica S lens interface, it won't be difficult at all to make a Rollei to Leica S adapter too... It's just a matter of priorities... first things first...

Hi
I am replying to a 6 year old thread.
Have you any news regarding a rolleiflex 6000 series lens to Leica S adapter?
Both camera and lens are fully electronically controlled so this should be possible.

best regards
