Phocus 2.9.2 - Can I make the Library tree "stick"?

Every time I close and re-open Phocus, while the last viewed images remain in the viewer at the bottom of the screen, the library tree of the source folder of those images, in the Library panel on the left, has closed.

I then have to navigate to that folder again.

Is it possible to make the Library panel "stick" (for want of a better term) at the last-viewed folder?

Don't know about making it 'stick' but you could use the Favourites section to add a folder you use for your shoots, then open that to get to subfolders inside. That's the way I do it, I have one folder marked 'Shoots' and inside that I create new folders for each day/client so they are easy to get to quickly.

Thanks for the reply.

I shoot everything to a laptop. This dated folder of RAW files is then copied to my database back at the office for processing.

When I open the folder in Phocus on the desktop, to process the images, I'm seeing a "tree" of folders consisting of yearly folders and, within those, client folders and, within those, job folders.

Occasionally, I have to drill down through Year/Client/Job/Sub-folder, to get at the file I want.

If I then close Phocus and re-open it, the entire tree has closed again, and I'm back looking at just the Yearly folders.

If that can't be changed using a Preference, then it is a brainless design flaw, in my opinion, and should be amended.

I think you're out of luck unfortunately, but maybe an update in the future will make that possible. You could suggest it to Hasselblad.
