Valley View Winter Sunset
« on: February 12, 2016, 03:59:21 pm »

Yes, another sunset photo. Although it's really a landscape taken at sunset when the light is nice. I took this last night.
I like winter sunrises and sunsets for the reflective nature of the snow. I think it can give the scene a more surreal feel.
Tomorrow I'm heading to Florida which will be a nice break from the cold for a week.

Wonderful and a real pleasure to look at. The texture in the clouds set it apart from similar images.

It's a lovely image. The only suggestion I'd make is removing the green spot of lens flare.

I can only say Bravo! It's a image that makes me love winter and its low, warm light.

Thanks everyone! I'm a fan of winter light and sparkles so I'm on the lookout for those elements.
I just returned from a week in Florida and it's considerably more spring like now!

I agree about the flare too. I'll clone it out.
