Thanks, I have really enjoyed these videos.  I prefer to download them to watch at my leisure, but am having great difficulty getting the last two.  I get time outs all the time.  Is there a problem?  I have tried this on two computers with different Internet access, so I don't think its my problem :)

I have checked the download function and it appears to be operating normally.

The downloads are currently set to download an HD file to the user. They are therefore quite big - the Keywording video is 604.MB.

This may possibly trigger some cap in the network...

I can temporarily set the download of those two videos to the smaller sized SD version if you wish.

Thanks Chris,

I will keep trying.  I had no difficulty with the first four.

Here's hoping

Excellent, when you can actually see and hear an engineer (rather than a sales guy) talking about their product you get a real feel for what the company stands for - no froth like face detection, books, maps etc. I am currently evaluating C1 Pro due to seeing this video, keep up the good work.

Thanks.
