This is a Hasselblad 500mm f8 CF T lens, serial #6968495. Included are Front and rear lens caps, lens shade, RRS lens plate, and a Phase/Hasselblad lens adapter. The lens is in 9+ condition, optics without blemish that I can see and the shutter is functioning fine. This is a manual lens and adapter. Don’t ask me what Hasselblad lenses will fit, ask Hasselblad or Phase tech support. This setup works fine on my Phase One DF body with the following caveat: the Hasselblad lens/ Phase connection has a detent, not a positive lock up, so it is possible the twist the camera and adapter loose from the lens if not careful.
