Video is black, audio is OK

Earlier today video viewing was OK, but not now.  My android phone did go through a system update today.  Maybe that caused it?

This sounds like a streaming problem that is caused by a slow or limited bandwidth network.

Try using the Download button on the video to download the complete file to your computer before playing. This will only work on mobile devices if you have the necessary app to store and play the .mp4 or .mov file.
