Up for grabs: A really nice Schneider Tele-Arton 360mm f/5.5 lens, with both a barrel mount *and* the correct Compound #3 shutter. So, it includes the option to use it both ways, as a barrel lens (great for a speed graphic or RB Super D with focal plane shutter), or in a shutter. Both the barrel and shutter have 15 or 16 blades, for a beautiful round aperture at all settings. Lens, barrel, and shutter are all in very clean condition, no flaws on the glass at all, shutter functions correctly at all speeds. The lens cells easily unscrew from the barrel or the shutter and fit perfectly into the other. There's a single flange which fits both the shutter and the barrel mounting threads. (M60 x 0.9mm)
This is a great portrait lens on 4x5, and will also cover 5x7 no problem. (Some people report it may cover 8x10 at portrait distances - I have no experience with that but it seems possible.). It has the nicest bokeh of any of the 360s I have tried, especially so with such a rounded multi-blade aperture like this one has. It also has the shortest bellows draw of any lens in this length, only 204mm at infinity - perfect for speed/crown graphics or any camera with limited bellows draw.
Its' a fairly late production model, and appears to be single-coated. Original box included though it (the box) does have some shelf wear.
