Short of a camera stand from Arkay, Cambo, Foba, there is the Majestic 2500 model. I once used one to support a collapsing roof after a storm. There is one on eBay right now, with a geared head, for just under $400.00: Search for "Majestic Tripod 2500 Gearhead Heavy Duty Camera Tripod" ( I have no connection not the seller.)
Edit note: When I first posted this response I listed another seller's majestic but it after looking at the listing more carefully I saw that one was really beat up.
