Very nice, I like how the water flows in the frame. The long exposure gives a sense of power without versing in the foggy look. You should clean the artefact at the top of the frame 1/3 from the left (stitching error?).

I agree, really nice framing. I like the bit of sun in mist at the left, it draws my eye.

Generally I agree and think that if you crop some off the right side of the image, just about where the rocks in the middle right go into shadow, would help draw the eye to the bottom center of the waterfall.
