Here is a link to the photos.  I somehow misplaced the rear filter holder.  It is something that no one ever uses and makes no sense.  I can either give you a credit of $55 which is how much it will cost to replace, or order one for you and have it sent directly to you.  I will most likely find it after I send it to you.  You can call either Capture Integration of Digital Transitions and ask them about it and how important it is.  I personally did not want to  have to remove the lens to add filters to the back end.  With the Lee filter kit, this eliminates the need for that.  I will bring the items to work today so I can give you a better idea on what the cost of shipping will be.  Not expecting it to be much at all.
