Hello
Looking for some help with my Epson 4000. I know it's old printer but it's been working fine till now....
When i first turn on the epson 4000 it is stuck in the "please wait" status. The fan will be on, but after a minute the fan will turn off but still in the "please wait" status.
I have tried the keys and power off from the power cord.
No difference in the power cord. ( Seems to have a rest but still stuck).
The keys are not responding.
Same in the self test mode. The key are not responding after turning on.
Last night I needed to change 3 inks. They are epson product inks.
Need help please.
The printer was printing fine and responding well about a 2 months ago.
