Hi Rikk,

Thanks for the update.

Not sure what link you posted but it seems to be some sort of Admin login page.

I found this site that seems to show the updates for ACR 9.1.1 release:

I have the latest Adobe Camera Raw plugin (8.7.1) that is compatible with CS6. I just downloaded the latest DNG Converter (9.1.1) also compatible with CS6. I'm confused. It seems that the Adobe Camera Raw plugin has been replaced by the DNG Converter. Is it now no longer necessary to download the ACR plugin? Does the DNG Converter now replace it? Can someone clarify this for me?

Thanks Dave. I already downloaded the DNG 9.1.1 Converter. Is there a separate download for ACR 9.1.1 plugin? Are they the same?

You should update the ACR Plugin 9.1.1 in your Photoshop CS6. That is the last version that will be compatible with PS CS6 to get support

The DNG converter and ACR plug in are different. I'm not sure where to get the download is for the ACR plug in - I just used the Adobe updater.

Thanks to all. The latest ACR (version 9.1.1) does not work with my CS6. It does work on my CC version of photoshop (I have 2 versions). The latest ACR I can use with CS6 is 8.7.1. Adobe DNG converter 9.1.1 works with both CC and CS6. Go figure????
I'm running Mac OS 10.7.5 which seems moot because ACR9.1.1 works while in photoshop CC. No Comprendo.

The Adobe DNG Converter is a stand alone application and does not use or require PS CS6 or Photoshop CC.
Its only function is to convert raw files from supported cameras to DNG format period.
