Have you ever done any long exposures with this. I am concerned with up to 16 minuit exposures mainly. Any over heating or noise problems?

gnik-

Personally, I haven't taken any exposures as long as 16 minutes.  Probably 30-60 seconds has been my max, so I can't really comment on your question.  I know that doing 30-60 seconds, it is great, low noise and no heating problems, but 16 minutes might be another story.  Sorry I can't help much.

gnik-

FYI. I did a search at pentaxforums.com and found a couple of threads on 645D and long exposure times.  You might want to try a search there.  One post said that 3-5 minute exposures were fine, but the poster hadn't done anything longer that that.
