Alpa 41mm camera to tripod distanceer used with the Max in merging images

ALPA Tripod Distancer 41mm  I'm not sure why they call it "41mm" since the actual dimensions are
W 39mm x L 49mm- Weight 133g- 3/8th screw.

It's been lost in my closet and just found.  It's never been used.  Sells new for about $100

$50+shipping gets it.
