"It is beautiful, isn't it?"

One of the shots I'm more happy with, taken last summer (ironically with a disposable plastic camera)

Excellent! This photo makes me wonder what was going on with all those people. The wheelchair? The mysterious signs we can't read? And I LOVE that you took it with a disposable plastic camera! The tech-head pixel-peepers can learn a lesson from your photo.

In fact, I was a tech-head pixel-peeper and this shot taught me a lesson: I started reusing my old zenit 122 and I brought a Flexaret VII.

It really has a throwback to the 1960s feel. The color, grain, saturation, etc. looks like the stuff I shot with dad's cheesy Ansco camera (plastic triplet lens) back in 1967. I like the pedestrian quality of it. Very subtle--a picture will-informed photographers will get. Especially geezers like me. And the "thumbprint" mark on the left side of the frame is a nice touch (pun intended).

 ;D ;D (let's pretend it was intended)

Another shot I'm particularly happy with (taken with a Flexaret VII):

That's an excellent photograph. It works on several levels.

Thanks a lot: it's quite hard for me to judge this shot since I'm personally involved, so I'm happy it works for other people too. :D
