No idea if this hand-me-down counts.
The Exakta in the bkgnd was my dad's and at one time, I did learn photography 101 on this left handed oddity.

My entry in the vintage camera sweepstakes: a 1937 Zeiss Contax II rangefinder, expertly refurbished and recently acquired but otherwise an identical twin of my father's 35mm camera, which he let me use as a teenager.

thats one Other Timely Beast there.

My dad had quite the collection too..Stuff from back in that world where big box...meant tripod mounted behemoth.

That camera has swash..and buckle

I once had a Zeiss Baby Ikonta, a small folding camera that took 127-size film. I don't know where it is now.

My elder brother once showed me a five ft "square" cube box of cameras he "inherited" from my Dad. There were some real prizes in that box.

I have a few old folders and one is a Kodak similar to that but with no bulb. It takes an oddball film size but you can shim a 120 roll and make it work.
