Any ideas, or is this a problem with the current firmware and driver?
Thanks,
Jim

Join the crowd. In my case the 'pearl media' paper showed up in custom papers, rather than where it should be. And the other setting related to glossy and high ink never appeared at all.
Installing the software was a nightmare, at least for me.
And as others have noted, HP tech support for the software absolutely sucks. There is no other way to put it.
The latest tech paper from HP is a great step in the right direction, but they need software and firmware that works -- and they need to provide Tech SUPPORT when we have problems, not Tech ARROGANCE and non-responsive staff.
