Whilst it's horrendous for the poor people being bombed and shot at, the disruption and cost of trump's madness is going to effect absolutely everyone. The effects have hardly started yet and already diesel is £8/gallon here in the UK and that will increase further, in turn that will increase costs on everything.
Farmers in India unable to afford fertiliser for their next crop, so food shortages in due course.

Gulf states saying that repairs will take 5 years or more....

Meanwhile the demented old fool seems determined to carry on and make matters even worse.

And I still have not heard a single explanation from anyone why the US chose to do all this in the first place. What problem were they trying to solve that they thought this would be a solution? I don't mean just Iran, I mean all of it from the moment he was re-elected.

Makes me think of this entry from the satirical site The Beaverton, https://thebeaverton.com/2026/03/americans-demand-to-know-who-they-have-to-bomb-to-lower-gas-prices/.

Hegseth's war prayers reminds me of this scene from Catch-22 (relevant bit starts at about the 5:00 mark) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxBAPJmQ_To.

"Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP"

Posted on Easter Sunday by DJT.

He is absolutely mad.

When is America going to do something about this ? If they don't get their own house in order it's going get seriously bad if other powers need to stop this madness.

The syndrome of Trump being deranged:

“A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will,” Trump wrote Tuesday morning on Truth Social.

“However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen, WHO KNOWS?” he wrote.

“We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World.”

Hegseth compared the rescue of that pilot to the resurrection of Jesus. His plane was downed on Good Friday and they found him on Easter Sunday. It’s the f**king rapture, man.

Why are they so enthused about murdering all those innocent Iranians civilians? I thought they were trying to save them. And they want allies to join in so that everyone is complicit in the crimes. Trump is even talking about Iran's oil. It's as if they think all the oil in the world belongs to the USA.

Remember this?: We had to destroy the village in order to save it.

Man, those remaining Epstein files must have some bad stuff in them.

TACO Tuesday (wash, rinse, repeat):
Trump agrees to two-week ceasefire with Iran
The president said the agreement was made on the condition that Iran agree to reopen the critical Strait of Hormuz.

It's really open????  ;)

Well, in both the States as in Israel, you have head honchos who need office in order to avoid dangling prosecution and remain out of prison. Say no more.

I'm "enjoying" the video clips of both Hegseth and Trump saying that "god is good", implying that the "creator" is on the side of the USA. It's off the charts cult crazy.

Yes, religion as situation ethics item: use it when you have a religious cult following to impress, but ignore it when you are sniffing coke in one of you usual clubs, chatting up the local supplier of all things sensual or sexual. Choice, choices, what’s a poor guy to do?

The US obliquely threatened the pope a while ago according to this report, https://newrepublic.com/post/208820/pentagon-threatened-pope-criticized-donald-trump.

Interesting that they're worried about the pope, Cuba, Venezuela, EU, but are ok with Putin and Russia.

“I’ll pardon everyone who has come within 200 feet of the Oval,” Trump said in a recent meeting to laughs, according to people with knowledge of the comments. That radius appears to be expanding as the president repeats the line. Another person who met with Trump earlier this year said the president quipped about pardoning anyone who had come within 10 feet. ”

Excerpt From
“Trump Promises Mass Pardons to Staff Before Leaving Office”
Josh Dawsey
The Wall Street Journal

The sycophant might comment; “So?” 🤮
