Epson 1900 printer?

Looking for a printer for photography and fine art printing. I do mostly color work and will    be primarily printing on watercolor, fine art, matte and semi-gloss paper.  Has anyone used the Epson 1900 printer and what is your opinion of it in general and for the mentioned media? I would like fairly good accurate color without a lot of sweat. Are the Epson paper profiles for the 1900 good?

Any thoughts?

I would not consider the  1900 for fine art printing. It is really made for glossy and luster papers, that is why it has the Ultrachrome Gloss2 inkset. From your description you may want to look at the Epson 2400 or 3800 with the papers mentioned.

I have the 1900 and as noted use it for Lustre papers. I agree that it is not ideal for fine art papers which I have tried. For Lustre and Glossy, the ICC profiles seem to be quite accurate.
