My favorite reader on Windows was FeedDemon, on Mac it's NetNewsWire.
However, if you want something for free, all modern web browsers also have RSS reading abilities (as in, everything except IE 6).
Oh, also for Michael, if you put the following code in the head of the What's new page, it'll make it easier for web browsers to know there is rss available.
<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="Luminous Landscape What's New RSS" href="http://www.gryffyn.com/cgi-bin/rss/LuminousLandscape.xml" />
A RSS feed link on the page itself would be good for non-RSS-intelligent browsers *cough*IE*cough*. Might cut down on the "Where's the RSS?" questions...
