Logging-in to LuLa Not Working So Well

Somethings amiss in the cellars of Lula…

Logging-in is no longer working so well.  Actually, I didn't have to do this before the recent website reconfigurations as my Macs remember the log-in details for me and did this automatically.  Now I'm getting regular log-in failures.

At the start of the switch-over my account appeared to have been deleted.  So much for being a 'Senior Member'; or does that just mean old ?  Thanks to Job somewhere on the planet he made me a new one – account that is.

BUT still having trouble.  Reset my password a few times but still get password or user name not recognised messages.  And, yes, I've tried my email address too.  I think you guys need to have a word in the ear of your service providers, yes ?

Try using the little green 'help' button which is live on the bottom right of the web pages of LuLa.

This will create a help ticket directly with the developers at Swellfire who will sort it out for you. This needs to be done on a case-by-case basis since the switchover to Membership has led to quite a few duplicate accounts which need to be consolidated into one.

Sorry, Chris.  Help doesn't help.

Sorry also about the teething problems with the new subscription LuLa.  But I'm sure it'll sort itself out in time.

I got help, also from Job.  He created a new account for me.  This worked for a while but then trying to log into the account on later occasions it reverted to the user name / password not recognised.  After trying various things I deleted the Lula cookies re-entered all my details.

So far, so good; and I'm hoping not to get blocked again [crossing fingers] !

As I said, it'll all get sorted in time.

Simon, sorry for any problems.  The team met yesterday and sorted some of the issues out.  Many because of duplicate accounts.  Our guys will get you working.  Please make sure you use the help button to submit a support case.

I, too am unable to see the full articles, despite being subscribed and logged in.  green button at lower right not functioning....indicates an error processing my message and asks me to try later

Help button on our system is working OK.  I have sent your issue to our IT guys.  Please PM me with your OS and platform as well as browser info.

We'll get it fixed but need to have a bit more info.
