I saw that review on DOP. Just about every review has been positive, and every reviewer has commented on its price. At US$200 Exposure's expensive for a plug-in!
I was all set to buy Convert2BW Pro it until I heard about Exposure. I shoot a lot of BW film and I'm in the midst of a digital transition. I like the ease of managing the BW conversion process conferred by C2BWP. But I also like Exposure's film-simulating capabilities--much easier and quicker than doing the same thing by hand in Photoshop, and the "films" can be modified extensively. That it can manage a BW conversion was bonus. In just this capability, I wonder how it stacks up against C2BWP.
I'm trying them both out--so maybe I'll answer my own question.
