8mm sigma or kaidan one shot

I'm toying with the idea of buying either the 8mm sigma or kaidan one shot to do  realestate panormas.  I've got a canon d20.  I only do about 3 virtual tours a month, but my current setup (10-22 lens and photovista panorama) is clunky.

Anyone care to share expereinces of using these different bits of kit?
