Nice picture. Your pictures are always interesting.

Yes, I would agree that the 40/4 CF FLE produces very sharp results, at least if it is optimally used.

Hi,

This is an old Velvia image shot with Pentax 67 and 45/4 lens at f/11. The image below was scanned on a drum scanner at 6000 PPI:

The image below was scanned on the Minolta Dimage Scan Multi Pro I have at 3200 PPI

Klicking on either of the two image takes you to the full size scans (big file warning).

The Minolta scanner cannot handle the density range of Velvia.

Thank you Erik, that was open @f4 for the speed, hand held, of course the sensor crop must help and lens corrections in C1.

A misty day, low cloud at a local Country Park Beacon Fell Lancashire UK.

Although not actually very high high the visibility of the fell made it an ideal location for a warning beacon. A beacon on the fell has been recorded as early as 1002 and it formed part of a chain of beacons to warn of the approach of the Spanish Armada in 1588. Planted with conifers as part of a water management scheme for a reservoir.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for bumping the thread and showing some nice images.

Here is a new image shot a couple hours ago. Hasselblad 180/4 at f/11 14s, stitched from two images. Full size image is here. Now raw image this time as the image is stiched.
