How to Get Your PS Moulding Design Made

Is it possible to have your own moulding profile and finish custom produced in polystyrene?

Just google custom polystyrene moulding.  Go to images, then start searching.  There are places out there that do what you're looking for.  Try googling custom made polystyrene frames, etc.

Realize that there will be a considerable quantity purchase involved before they make a mold for you.... plus a mold making charge.
You might be looking at 5,000 ft of moulding at a minimum.
