Lighted by the Blinds

Excellent Chris. Good eye! It's great the way it is, but may I suggest that you bring out the blue in the white light even more. Just for effect, as a beautiful counterpoint to the orange-yellow light.

Good suggestion.  I confess I didn't invest much time post-processing it.  I shot it in the bathroom, right after waking up this morning, and coffee took priority over color.

A tall and skinny self portrait. I like it too.
Thank you gentlemen. Damn robots, they always like to show off their legs. This is what they really look like. Kind of androgynous:

Good eye. The diagonal movement is quite suitable for this subject.

Us floor, ceiling and wall guys have to stick together. We are so few that we may fade into abstractions;)

Yes indeed. Walls and floors and ceilings are natural sources for good abstracts.

How about semi-abstract roads and clouds that criss-criss?

Having coffee this morning and what should I see? Prismatic effects coming through door window. Got so excited I left the chain in, which is shadow from the outside screen door.

I really like this one, John. A very compelling arrangement of the shapes and tones.

Thank you Arlen. Ironically this was taken near some abstract paintings at the McMichael gallery north of Toronto where the 'Group of Seven' paintings are housed. You may know of them. Steve Martin, the American comedian, thinks very highly of them and collects some of Lauren Harris' works.
