Fstop-Gear -> Customer service I can recommend.
- Container cleared customers late last week and went on a train. The staff had pre-processed all backorders, and prepared for a one-day massive ship-athon. Dave had flagged my order, knowing I was leaving this week, and let me know it MIGHT arrive, but no promises.
- Container arrived from China on Tuesday morning into their factory.
- Dave at F-Stop personally pulled my order aside, drove it down to UPS, and Express overnighted it to me, arriving 8am this morning, JUST in time for a quick repack, and then on a plane to Svalbard this afternoon.
- Me, now sitting at Houston ICA happy, few hours later, with the gear just in time for the arctic.
I know there are a number of people here who have been looking at F-Stop, so just to let you know, they are now In stock.
The guys over there have been fantastic, despite their stock problems, and I can highly recommend the product.
