Hi,
This is a shot I made with my new Zeiss Planar 120, a Hasselblad lens mounted with a tilt adapter on my DSLR. The image uses tilt to achive sharpness from foreground to background. Im still working on sorting out some issues with internal reflections in the adapter, I'm waiting for matte black paint I have ordered.
I like this shot.

The idea is to improve microcontrast in capture sharpen and than push low frequency detail a bit with a subtle unsharp masking.

I think aperture was f/11 but I'm not sure. This is a very manual lens so aperture is not saved in EXIF.
As said I used tilt to achieve a plane of focus going from foreground to background. Peaking was helpful with that I first adjusted tilt so I got peaking indication on both foreground and background than I went into 11X times magnification in Live View and adjusted two points for optimum focus.
