I have seen the h3dII-31 go for $6600 on ebay with the 80mm lens, this might be better than jumping into a h2f for $3800. I have owned many H series hasselblads (22, 31, 39, and 50s) and the 31 works the best for me. The 31 is fast, reliable, versatile and a great value for $. I personally prefer the 1.3 crop sensor units due to the native 100 iso vs the native 50 iso on the 1.1 crop sensor units. Also, it seems like the shadows have less color noise in the 31 vs the 50 but it's hidden in the resolution quite well. My 2 cents: The H3DII-31 is a great tool that seems undervalued in the current market. 90% of my commercial work is done on this camera. The 3K you save right now will be spend in film anyways if you jump on the h2f.
