Is Ilford Smooth Fine Art paper double sided?
« on: October 31, 2011, 07:53:17 pm »

My Ilford sample pack came in today. The fact sheet on the Smooth Fine Art variety says that the slightly rougher side is the print side, but I can't tell the difference between either side. Does anybody know if this paper is duo? The fact that the sheets in the sample pack are unlabeled doesn't help any either.

As far as I can determine, Ilford's only double-sided paper is Ilford Galerie Smooth Lustre Duo, which I use for albums and calendars.
It's a lovely paper of the RC variety, 280 gsm,  and has ICC profiles available at www.ilford.com.

I haven't gotten my sample pack yet, but I use and am quite happy with Gold Fibre Silk and Smooth Lustre Duo.
