WTB: Hasselblad 503CW/ 501CM/ 553ELX/ 555ELD

hey all,

I'm looking for a smaller, lighter alternative to my current 8x10 gear. After using a friends 501CM and his 555ELD, I'm now on the lookout for one . So a 501CM/503CW, 55ELX or a 555ELD( I want that GMS, since I will be using longer leneses mostly). Preferably more "student priced" please. Looks don't really matter, but functionality-wise, it needs to be 100%. Again, LOOKS don't matter, it just has to work flawlessly.

I have a 501CM with a Zeiss Planar T* 8omm f 2.8 CB lens, waist level finder, and A12 6x6 Magazine.

I have had the camera for years (bought it new) but have hardly used it. It is truly in mint condition.

Please let me know if you are interested, I can email photos etc and perhaps you can indicate your price range. Based on your email text this one may be too much on the new side for you, but you never know. I am in the SF Bay Area.

thanks for your replies. I haven't been on here enough to see your replies. Sorry for that.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to decline, since I've been able to find some of what I'm looking for locally.

however, what I AM interested in finding still is the following:

A12 film backs(1-2), preferably the newer style w/ the Hasselblad darkslide retainer
A24 film backs(1-2), "                               "
Polaroid Back(newest style preferred)
250mm CF lens(cleaner glass preferred, but not looking for mint condition, so some minor dust is ok).
