I do have a Contax 645 auto bellows. I bought it on ebay in like new condition about 4 years ago. Have used it maybe 3 times. If your still looking for one, I'll check and see what I paid for it and we could talk about a price. I could also post a picture of it if you're interested.
I shoot commercial stuff- food, product and sometimes fashion, and always end up using my 45-90 zoom. Also have a Contax 35 mm wide angle I practically never use. I'm saving up for a Canon 5D Mark II or I'd probably keep both these items.
