do I have to make all my own profiles for quadtonerip ? (R2880)

I downloaded quadtonerip (for my R2880) and noticed that in the profiles folder it only comes with a limited number of paper profiles. there is no paper profile for common papers such as epson exh. fibre or epson premium glossy or lustre. Does this mean i have to make my own profiles for all the rest of the papers I would normally use?
