I second that. View cameras and tech cameras are simple bits of kit. Problems? How could those arise? They do. Let me correct that. I have had no problems with Alpa. The view camera, not so much. I appreciated the excellent local support.
Once you get beyond the simple mechanical issues, the real trouble starts. My experience with Hasselblad is that tech support is great until you operate the back in isolated mode. They try but no one really seems to know much so it is water from a stone. Worse, the operating software feels like it was written in the mid 1990s. Nice to have someone make sympathetic noises when you complain.
Yes it is worth it to me.
