I have one of his books here at home - bought it in Souillac in a little bookshop after my wife had just been tempted into buying a pair of shoes; guess mine was a nervous reaction. It's simply titled Yann Arthus-Bertrand: POUR LA LIBERTE DE LA PRESS and has a forward by Noël Copin, Président de Reporters sans frontières. French PHOTO magazine has often featured him and his work - guess he loves flying! Seems, at the time, he was a fan of Pentax 67, 645 and Canon stuffed with fine Velvia too. However, I don't know if he did or did not experience fine Jurançon. ;-)

Don't know either. Never seen pictures of him from south-west of France.
He is a very engaged photographer, in the world climate, in the syndical part of the craft also.
He has been very closed to politics also, state institutions etc...
I imagine that his agency (or the agency he created) is serious for the professionals in terms of conditions. Because knowing him,
a guy that beleives so much in working rights, integrity, dignity for the profession etc...
As I'm not flying any more, I can not pretend joining this agency but it looks serious for the professional involved in aerial photography.
