KEH.com's condition ratings are very reliable and the prices are quite good IMHO. As Doug says, even the "Bargain" rating is in really very good shape, with only the "Ugly" rating being literally as it says, "Ugly". I wouldn't hesitate to pick up a "Bargain" rated item from them. The only thing I'd say "against" them is that they may not always be the best avenue if you want to sell your gear through them as they can be quite aggressive
Otherwise, they have always shipped out to me in Malaysia and everything always arrived on time, well packaged and padded. Very satisfied.
