Hasselblad H3d 39mp camera
« on: March 30, 2010, 07:49:22 pm »

I would like to get feedback form anyone how is using or has used hasselblad H3D with the hasselblad 39MP back. I am interetsed in comments on the quality of hasselblad lenses, especially the 28mm lens, and also in the quality of the images from the hasselblad back?

this has been dealt with ad nauseam in this forum
if you want us to shed new light on this you will have to be more specific
alternatively I can answer your question like this

Assume you mean in comparison to the H3dII39 ?

Its a valid question as the H3d39 used prices are pretty good right now.

Did you see this 'short' and not very encouraging review: http://diglloyd.com/articles/MiscReviews/HasselbladH3D.html

hi felix,
do you speak german? if so, i wrote 2 short experiences on my blog at my site http://photomgraphy.com
if you don't speak german:
image quality is amazing!
there are some things that i dislike a little bit, such as:
the back screen (recommended only for histogram! false color, too little, ....)
the fan slots at the digipack. (don't like to imagine if i would shoot in porträt during rain/snow without my seperate raincover)

and the viewfinder shows about 110% from the final image - very annoying if you are used to exact framing your picture.

but as said before - the prices are really good, and the images are gorgeous.
the glasses are very good, though i don't own the 28mm.

so i am glad to have it.

cheers
tom
