Today was the first day of spring! Hope every gets outside soon to enjoy the weather (depending on where you are), and witnesses the rebirth of all that was once green!
Here in the heart of DC, we've been enjoying weather in the low 70s for some time now. My school, American University, is part of a national arboretum group...i.e. the government pays for people to stock every square inch of campus with flowers! I ordered a Sigma 70mm F/2.8 Macro specifically for shooting flowers-- my hands-down favorite subject to shoot. It'll be here Monday morning, just in time to capture the early bloomers-- crocus and daffodil.
