Can't install the LR 3 Beta

I can't install the LR 3 Beta, after perform the installation and the finial window tell me "to try later".

My MAC operate under OS 10.4.11, my Lightroom 2.6 RC working fine, would it be the LR 3 Beta need to operate at OS 10.5 or higher.

Need advice and Thank you in advance!

From the release notes.

Minimum system requirements
Macintosh
• Intel based processor
• Mac OS X v10.5 or 10.6
