Catalog + Photo Backup

So, if my folder structure is:

M:\Pictures\2007\...
M:\Pictures\2008\...
M:\Pictures\2009\...
M:\Pictures\YYYY\...
M:\Pictures\LightRoomCatalog\[catalog files]

If I just back up Pictures folder, am I set? Or are there files in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Lightroom (or elsewhere) that I should also be backing up?

that should be fine although you won't be capturing any saved presets, etc.  (not sure where they live on a PC)

Kaitlyn: your back up should be ADDITIONAL to saving your photos at time of import to a second drive location.

It depends.  You can ask Lightroom to store presets, etc. with the catalogue, in which case they're stored under Pictures\Lightroom\Settings\...
