Hasselblad Customer Service

Hasselblad USA provides excellent customer service. Over the past three years, I've contacted them half a dozen times for various issues regarding backs, cameras, and lenses. I've always been impressed by their willingness to help, honesty, and efficiency. My only regret is that there isn't a repair center for Hasselblad digital backs in the US.

here here - these guys have been great. I've gotten great service from Per in Seattle and EXCEPTIONAL service from Paul Claesson  Hassie in NJ - this guy is a life saver. Also had great service from Steve Hendrix was he was with PPR. Even when my back wen tout of the country it was only 15 days round trip - not bad

Don't forget the rest of the "Team"!.  Our local rep Jim Rooney, Greg Holman, Bruce Wiseman, Ken Caddell, Nicole Patchel, and all the other staff work very hard to make sure you're taken care of.  We have numerous Hasselblad systems, but if we or any customers, get into a bind they've provided great support.
