Flash based VR software

Hello :

I use a mac and am in am need of a software to create 360 degree virtual tours - I have searched the net and there are several applications, but remain confused whch are the best ones from a quality and ease of use perspective.

If you have experience or have a fav app, do share your thoughts - Will appreciate it.
