Has anyone tried/tested Nikon PC-E 45

... on an EOS full frame?

I've tested several Canon 45 TS-E's over the years (including 2 new ones this month) and not been happy with their CA performance. The Nikkor is a newer design so perhaps CA is less of a problem?

It's an excellent lens on Nikon full-frame. The electronic aperture poses a problem for using it on Canon DSLR's though, as you'll need a Nikon DSLR to set the aperture.

i have the 45 pce and the 24 pce, whilst i am no digital expert the 45 produces, hands down, the most ca on highlights i've ever seen especially out in the corners when tilting or shifting.

if you control your contrast it's great in all other respects.

I have the 45 PC-e as well, yes it does have CA,as much as the Canon 45TSE I had.
The good thing is ,if you process the Raws in Capture One, the CA is almost gone (compared to ACR)
Very easy to fix in post btw.
Regards,
Willem.

N.B I had terrible CA with my Zeiss ZF 35 , especially processed with ACR,none again with C1

I'm a little puzzled why some have rather poor experience with the Canon 45mm TS/E lens.
I use the Nikon 85mm PC and also the Canon 45mm TS/E and find both lenses very good.  In fact I'm debating with myself if I should buy the new Canon 24mm TS/E or the 17mm TS/E next.
Here is an unsharpened photo made on 1Ds MK III with the 45mm TS/E which I shot yesterday.

A very good lens optically. I use it often with the D3X, and also use those TS-E Canon lenses on 1Ds III.  The biggest difference to me, between the Nikkor or Canon is not the optical performance, rather, the Nikkors as they are introduced later, has a slight tighter and better mechanism, optically, I think both Canon and Nikon is similar.
